You know, earlier I was listening to a Congressman on one of the Fox shows, and I think that he is a pretty good guy. Due to his "principles" he is going to vote a particular way concerning the government shut-down.
Well, I was thinking afterwards that I am really glad that Jesus wasn't a "principled man," if he had been, he probably would have stated, "'No,' I am not going to sacrifice my life for my brother humans, I didn't do anything. I have personal "Principles,"in which I need to uphold...."

You know, if you are like me, then you need to feed your "spirit man," more than just an hour a week on Sunday. Well, this is why I normally in the morning will try to fit in a "Chapel," a day from either ORU, Christ for the Nations, or Lee University.
Sometimes I just need to be encouraged because the devil has a number of ways in which he attacks the "Christian," in order to steal his relationship with Jesus. So, if I allow myself to be encouraged from the Lord through a brother or sister in Christ, it just seems as if my week goes so much smoother.
Well, this is why I was especially moved to begin a new chapter on my web sites called, The "Best Midweek or During the Week Chapel Sermon."
"Ahhhh, c'mon hold down your applause!"
Anyway, without further ado, the Award for the "Best Midweek or During the Week Chapel Sermon," goes to a little lady from the church next door to Lee University.
I didn't catch the name, but I am sure they mentioned it.....

The apostle Paul wrote these words in his letter to the Philippians, describing his dilemma of choosing between staying on Earth to serve God's people or dying to be with Christ. The specific passage is Philippians 1:21–24:
"For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain."
"But if I live on in the flesh, this will mean fruit from my labor; yet what I shall choose I cannot tell."
"For I am hard-pressed between the two, having a desire to depart and be with Christ, which is far better."
"Nevertheless to remain in the flesh is more needful for you" (NKJV).
Context of the passage
At the time of writing, Paul was in prison, facing the possibility of execution. His reflections reveal his perspective on life and death:
To live is Christ: He understood that his purpose in living was to glorify and serve Jesus Christ through his missionary work and ministry.
To die is gain: He viewed death not as an end, but as a "gain" because it meant being with Christ, which he called "far better".
A "hard choice": His internal conflict came from knowing that remaining alive would allow him to continue his "fruitful labor" for the Philippian church, but that death would grant him eternal reward and fellowship with the Lord. Ultimately, he chose to prioritize the needs of the church over his own desire to be with Christ.

You know, recently I have felt as if I have been "scolded," by a Fox Network employee and I find this to be extremely hypocritical. I mean, it was as if the individual was upset that when I watch one of the Fox Shows concerning politics, and then make comments to myself or to an imaginary friend or perhaps even to the Holy Spirit, that they are also condemning me, as if this is wrong?
Well, I can't imagine it being wrong and especially from the viewpoint of a "Fox Employee," as it is in no way different than if I was watching one of their Ball games or Sports shows?
Are you following me?
If I shouldn't be doing it then I think that Fox Sports ought to post a "Disclaimer," to all of it's viewers, such as, "We would prefer that all of our subscribers take into consideration the "Feelings," of any player who you may wish to "jeer," or to "cheer."
Nonetheless, if you can't control yourself in a mannerly way as suggested, then please don't watch any "Sports," on our network."
And then, of course, there would be the usual, valediction, "Thank you and especially to you subscribers who have invested billions of dollars in our corporation for the "Fair and Balanced," treatment to which we subject all of our customers to."
I mean, can anyone see my point?
I am in my own home, and I can't "Root On," my team???
Have you ever watched "The Five Show."
Have you ever listened to one of the "Panel," meetings at the end of the "Evening news?"
The other day, I was listening to "the Panel," at the end of the Evening News, hosted by "what's his name," you know the guy who mixes "golf," with almost every subject?
...In Other news Australia suffered a point eight Earthquake today, but such and such 'Country Club,' was able to still maintain their 'Greens," without to much damage."
But seriously, these people make 'politics,' a 'sporting event' every time that I watch them, and then they are ready to criticize the viewer who is "rooting," for the Conservative to win.
So, I was listening to the 'Panel,' the other day and a few give their opinion, but then they put this Spanish guy on, Juan or Jose, or something and the man was tearing down the 'good things," spoken about our President.
I will never understand this, and worse, is that I think it to be very hypocritical. I have written about this numerous times in previous papers. For maybe six years or longer I have been watching these shows, such as "The Five."
Every day, the overall theme is to stand up for the Conservative nature of politics, or at least that is the first impression that you get. Nonetheless, in a majority of the shows in which I have witnessed, they will first give a "Conservative stance," yet in almost the same breath in terms of time, they will then allow any one of a number of guest host, give a complete reversal of the arguments suggested by the so-called "Right."
So, many times, it can leave the hearer completely "confused" in their thinking or of a persuasion that even the "Far Left," has honorable views.
In other instances, any one of these "Democrat or Leftist" sympathizers almost always leave the show by giving a very negative view of our president or perhaps of a particular Cabinet member, or Justice appointee.
Lastly, during the rest of the scheduled programming the other "Conservative," hosts, will get on their shows, and criticize the awful way in which "such careless" language can be interpreted by all of the "Nut cases," out there. Yet I have never ever heard Fox admit to the fact that in many cases they are just as controversial as CNN or MSNBC or in terms of language?
Why is this?
And then just recently, after a very tragic incident, I heard a few very reputable Individuals make a couple of remarks which just flabbergasted me concerning 'censorship.'
Normally, I have enjoyed watching this network for years, but every so often, you have to ask yourself, "Could that person be suffering a slight case of "Trump Derangement Syndrome?"
You know, right after the assassination of Charlie Kirk, I was devastated inside because it just showed me how much more our society has fallen in terms of 'Moral Clarity."
Nonetheless, after I went before the Lord, the answer that He gave me in terms of relating Charlie's death to our fallen state of Morality was that, "The root of all evil was the "LOVE," for money.
Well, isn't that funny, He didn't tell me, "You need to have better Gun Control."
He didn't tell me you have to get the "Republicans and the Democrats working together."
He didn't tell me you need to be "Less tolerant with those "Nut Cases," in their political thinking."
No, He told me that "the Love," of money is the root of all evil."
And you know what, I believe God, I believe if these politicians weren't so damned fixated on who has the most "POWER," that they can wield in terms of being rewarded themselves and their Party financially, then perhaps we wouldn't be living in such a totally screwed up society.
How does one enter Congress and walk away a year or two later as a multi millionaire?
How is it that a man such as Rudy Giuliani can be "shunned," from a cable TV network, yet they will hire instigators who are pro left, and welcomed on their shows each and every day?
Does not Fox understand that they are also molding and forming the opinions of all their listeners and not just those who support them financially assuming that they are steadfast "Conservatives?"
Why, I even heard that "Charlie Kirk" had been ostracized or shunned from the network for a few years, yet I don't wish to report on that as that would really 'Blow my mind," to find it true.
Nevertheless, I will be anxiously awaiting your "Disclaimer," on the Sports Channels.

The scripture you're looking for is in 1 Timothy 6:10, which states, "For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evils". The passage emphasizes that it is the love of money and the craving for wealth, not money itself, that leads to wrongdoing, as it can cause people to stray from their faith and cause themselves much pain.
Key Points from 1 Timothy 6:10:
The problem is the love of money: The verse specifies that it is the affection for or obsessive desire for wealth that is the issue.
Money is a tool: The scripture doesn't condemn money itself, but rather views it as a tool that can be used for good or evil.
Leads to negative consequences: The craving for wealth can lead people away from their faith and cause them to suffer.
