A number of months ago, I began a light-hearted addition to my writings. Normally, I will visit a number of churches and hear quite a few sermons on Sunday morning, so I began publishing what I thought would be most beneficial to my readers.
You see, a number of well-respected leaders in which I have studied under have all came to the same conclusion and that was that it is not the best thing for a Christian believer to sit in the same pew of the same denomination with the same traditions, songbooks and in many cases the same Preacher.
You know, the one who has been preaching the same two hundred and fifty sermons, since he finished that fine and upstanding Theological Institution which was started a few hundred years ago, when "Whitfield," or "Spurgeon," happened to blow through town and a seven-month revival took place, so they built a building for an "Institution of Learning and theology?"
Anyway, since the whole idea had been light-hearted, yet fiercely needed, as so many Christians have no real view of the Church other than through the window which separates the kitchen from the "meeting hall" of where the women serve the Potluck dinners every other third Sunday.
I thought that it would be a good way to broaden the horizons of many suppressed believers.
And not sure as how anything that I do is going to be accepted by my dear Brethren, I just went ahead with it, in the same lighthearted mood, in which it had been created through the Holy Spirit's suggestions and inspirations.
Well, I point this out since I felt as moved the day after the "Memorial Service for Charlie Kirk, as I ever did any week previous to that week.
Nevertheless, what I do not want to come across as is being "insensitive."
This was why I didn't publish the paper until five or six days later.
Nonetheless, what I also wish to point out and that is the fact that I do not go before God and to PRAY, "OH, God you have to give me something FUNNY to say., Oh God, help make me the Henny Youngman of my generation."
No, what I do is that I write how I am led by the Holy Spirit, and comedy is the last thing that is "on my heart."
What I want to do is to move a generation of young believers to love Christ, in the same way that Charlie Kirk was able to do.
And lastly, I couldn't care if I were to ever receive any acclamations for it.in this life.
But I want to equip them with any spiritual knowledge, any godly wisdom, or in attaining any spiritual gifts, that I might have, and in all manner of training in handling the "Written word of God."
And sometimes, I just can't help it if God uses laughter, anger or any other emotion to do it. But what I want to be understood, is that my goal is not to be a "funny man," and if I happen to be one at times, I would rather not even acknowledge the fact.
And especially, for the fact that a good ninety-five per cent of that is not from myself but it is normally inspired from one of the funniest guys who I have ever met. though you can't see Him.
1 Corinthians 9:18-24 New King James Version
18 What is my reward then? That when I preach the gospel, I may present the gospel of Christ without charge, that I may not abuse my authority in the gospel.
Serving All Men
19 For though I am free from all men, I have made myself a servant to all, that I might win the more; 20 and to the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might win Jews; to those who are under the law, as under the law, that I might win those who are under the law; 21 to those who are without law, as without law (not being without law toward God, but under law toward Christ), that I might win those who are without law; 22 to the weak I became as weak, that I might win the weak. I have become all things to all men, that I might by all means save some. 23 Now this I do for the gospel’s sake, that I may be partaker of it with you.
Striving for a Crown
24 Do you not know that those who run in a race all run, but one receives the prize? Run in such a way that you may obtain it.
The following was written the day after the Memorial Service for Charlie Kirk.
9-21-2025
The devil thought that he had won!
Yesterday, I awoke, and I began watching an online church from London. We were right in the middle of the "Praise and Worship," when all of a sudden, my internet went out. I didn't even get a chance to hear the "word of God," which I love hearing every Sunday morning especially.
Well, after a few hours, I kept getting these texts that more than likely, "The power would be restored by two o' clock."
Well, I waited a few hours and then fortunately, I had a cell phone, so I was able to tune in the Memorial from Arizonia, on my iOS.
So, as I am watching, I kept checking the internet. Finally, it came on for a few minutes but was off again.
Another few hours go by and I believe that the memorial service had already finished.
So, I go through the trouble that I had attempted before, but this time I had full concentration, so I get through to my cable company. They send me the same text that they had sent earlier, but this time I realize that it said AM. Two AM.
Well, that was about eight, so I go to sleep and decide to sleep a couple of hours and then finish my web site adjustments which I had planned to do all day. I awoke right before midnight, my net was up, so I began finishing a paper that I had started earlier in the day. Well, finally I finish around five and shut down everything until after I had a few more hours of sleep.
I am up a few hours later and then decide to pick up a prescription and to visit the Kroger for a few things. I finished my chores and then before I left the store, I turn my Sirius on to listen to a Fox Show.
Well, as I was listening to this show, as it replayed a couple of clips from the service yesterday, it dawns on me, and I think I said it out loud. But I said, "Oh my goodness, I hadn't even awarded the prize for the 'Best Sunday Sermon,' from yesterday."
Well, I was a little shaken because I have never been this late in announcing the award.
So, as I am pondering all this in my head on the bus coming home, I had the candidate in mind, but then I was reminded of Erika Kirk.
Well, naturally it is a "given" that it goes to Erika, for the noble statement that she spoke last night concerning the Christian attribute of forgiveness, in which each one of us will experience as followers of Jesus, though it can be one of the hardest things in this life.
Nevertheless, there is still one more candidate that I feel ought to receive a second Award for runner up of the "Best Sunday Sermon," of 9-22-2025.
And I know that my friends at Fox will appreciate this.
You know, I sort of felt guilty for the way that I have been writing about them, so I am also dedicating this page to them, as well, nevertheless, they don't get to share in the "Runner Up's" reward.
Who is the "Runner Up," for the "Best Sunday Sermon," of the week?
Drum roll, please!
It goes to Marco Rubio, Link: https://youtu.be/WGVOm8Bd6IQ
Well, could I tell you how full the impact of his message was?
Let me tell you that it had such an enormous impact on myself that the man through his "preaching," almost had "converted" me.
"Sirs and madams, I am going to have to tell you all to keep your screaming and applause down over there in the Fox Employee Section."
Have a little respect, will ya?
Geesh!
Well, because we aren't a very prominent organization yet, our "Awards," are a little small, nevertheless, for the "Runner Up Prize," we have a complete vacation package for two to the "Ancient Land of Israel."
Of course, this will all be "In his dreams," but this organization will be praying that both Mr. Rubio and his lovely wife will have pleasant dreams of visiting the "Ancient Land of Israel."
Again,
Thank you all for speaking such wonderful words at the memorial. Prayerfully these will go all over the world and make the Earth a much better place to live, all because of one man who was willing to lay his life down for his friends.
We thank you Charlie!
John 15:13 Amplified Bible
13 No one has greater love [nor stronger commitment] than to lay down his own life for his friends.
Romans 5:3-11
The Message
3-5 There’s more to come: We continue to shout our praise even when we’re hemmed in with troubles, because we know how troubles can develop passionate patience in us, and how that patience in turn forges the tempered steel of virtue, keeping us alert for whatever God will do next. In alert expectancy such as this, we’re never left feeling shortchanged. Quite the contrary—we can’t round up enough containers to hold everything God generously pours into our lives through the Holy Spirit!
6-8 Christ arrives right on time to make this happen. He didn’t, and doesn’t, wait for us to get ready. He presented himself for this sacrificial death when we were far too weak and rebellious to do anything to get ourselves ready. And even if we hadn’t been so weak, we wouldn’t have known what to do anyway. We can understand someone dying for a person worth dying for, and we can understand how someone good and noble could inspire us to selfless sacrifice. But God put his love on the line for us by offering his Son in sacrificial death while we were of no use whatever to him.
9-11 Now that we are set right with God by means of this sacrificial death, the consummate blood sacrifice, there is no longer a question of being at odds with God in any way. If, when we were at our worst, we were put on friendly terms with God by the sacrificial death of his Son, now that we’re at our best, just think of how our lives will expand and deepen by means of his resurrection life! Now that we have actually received this amazing friendship with God, we are no longer content to simply say it in plodding prose. We sing and shout our praises to God through Jesus, the Messiah!

The Message
1 1-4 So many others have tried their hand at putting together a story of the wonderful harvest of Scripture and history that took place among us, using reports handed down by the original eyewitnesses who served this Word with their very lives. Since I have investigated all the reports in close detail, starting from the story’s beginning, I decided to write it all out for you, most honorable Theophilus, so you can know beyond the shadow of a doubt the reliability of what you were taught.
A Childless Couple Conceives
5-7 During the rule of Herod, King of Judea, there was a priest assigned service in the regiment of Abijah. His name was Zachariah. His wife was descended from the daughters of Aaron. Her name was Elizabeth. Together they lived honorably before God, careful in keeping to the ways of the commandments and enjoying a clear conscience before God. But they were childless because Elizabeth could never conceive, and now they were quite old.
8-12 It so happened that as Zachariah was carrying out his priestly duties before God, working the shift assigned to his regiment, it came his one turn in life to enter the sanctuary of God and burn incense. The congregation was gathered and praying outside the Temple at the hour of the incense offering. Unannounced, an angel of God appeared just to the right of the altar of incense. Zachariah was paralyzed in fear.
13-15 But the angel reassured him, “Don’t fear, Zachariah. Your prayer has been heard. Elizabeth, your wife, will bear a son by you. You are to name him John. You’re going to leap like a gazelle for joy, and not only you—many will delight in his birth. He’ll achieve great stature with God.
15-17 “He’ll drink neither wine nor beer. He’ll be filled with the Holy Spirit from the moment he leaves his mother’s womb. He will turn many sons and daughters of Israel back to their God. He will herald God’s arrival in the style and strength of Elijah, soften the hearts of parents to children, and kindle devout understanding among hardened skeptics—he’ll get the people ready for God.”
18 Zachariah said to the angel, “Do you expect me to believe this? I’m an old man and my wife is an old woman.”
19-20 But the angel said, “I am Gabriel, the sentinel of God, sent especially to bring you this glad news. But because you won’t believe me, you’ll be unable to say a word until the day of your son’s birth. Every word I’ve spoken to you will come true on time—God’s time.”
21-22 Meanwhile, the congregation waiting for Zachariah was getting restless, wondering what was keeping him so long in the sanctuary. When he came out and couldn’t speak, they knew he had seen a vision. He continued speechless and had to use sign language with the people.
23-25 When the course of his priestly assignment was completed, he went back home. It wasn’t long before his wife, Elizabeth, conceived. She went off by herself for five months, relishing her pregnancy. “So, this is how God acts to remedy my unfortunate condition!” she said.
A Virgin Conceives
26-28 In the sixth month of Elizabeth’s pregnancy, God sent the angel Gabriel to the Galilean village of Nazareth to a virgin engaged to be married to a man descended from David. His name was Joseph, and the virgin’s name, Mary. Upon entering, Gabriel greeted her:
Good morning!
You’re beautiful with God’s beauty,
Beautiful inside and out!
God be with you.
29-33 She was thoroughly shaken, wondering what was behind a greeting like that. But the angel assured her, “Mary, you have nothing to fear. God has a surprise for you: You will become pregnant and give birth to a son and call his name Jesus.
He will be great,
be called ‘Son of the Highest.’
The Lord God will give him
the throne of his father David;
He will rule Jacob’s house forever—
no end, ever, to his kingdom.”
34 Mary said to the angel, “But how? I’ve never slept with a man.”
35 The angel answered,
The Holy Spirit will come upon you,
the power of the Highest hover over you;
Therefore, the child you bring to birth
will be called Holy, Son of God.
36-38 “And did you know that your cousin Elizabeth conceived a son, old as she is? Everyone called her barren, and here she is six months pregnant! Nothing, you see, is impossible with God.”
And Mary said,
Yes, I see it all now:
I’m the Lord’s maid, ready to serve.
Let it be with me
just as you say.
Then the angel left her.
